VALERIU MANOLACHE. President of the Professional Association of Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography. Managing Director of the company THEOTOP. He graduated from the Faculty of Geodesy, class of 1984. He has a PhD. Since graduating and to this day has remained faithful to this area full of unknowns and challenges. On 26 March 1990, VALERIU MANOLACHE founded the company THEOTOP, which has become as one of the prestigious companies in Romania mentioned above. Moreover, the company THEOTOP through a performance management policy, which put the individual at the center of its concerns, was included in charts elite. The year 1996 marks a step forward in the existence of this company constantly expanding Romanian market.
