Required documents:
- Sale contract;
- Succesion certificate;
- Property title;
- Court rulings;
- Civil status documents (marriage certificates, death certificates, if applicable);
- Topographical plans as follows:
- Initial situation of the plot (if possible as described in the documents of ownership);
- The current situation of the plot.
Activities developed by the company:
- study the content of the property following the history of the building of legally;
- conducting the survey;
- reconciliation of the original plans - the current situation on the ground;
- distinguishing the causes which have changed the layout and content (construction site);
- technical report showing how reconstruction was made and the lessons learned from the reconstruction position and property boundaries;
- stakeout the real estate field reconstituted if situation on the ground permits;
- handing over technical and legal documentation resulting from reconstruction property.
Notes:
At the verification of the determined land surface with the one on site, the differences will have to be well motivated (eg. acts that don't have annex plan, sale-purchase documents that were not prepared to provide the necessary details on the exact boundaries of property.
Optionally, on request, the company can handle the paperwork and technical cadastral number assignment and registration of ownership.
